Event Details

Our much loved Wolf pack will be joining us via Zoom for some online drawing, learning and perhaps a little howling. We'll have a live zoom link set up with Natalie and some of her magnificent wolf-dogs from Watermill Wolves HQ in West Sussex, where we'll be able to sketch them relaxing as well as seeing them perform some of their best tricks. Natalie will be telling us all about wolves and their conservation around the world, and there will be lots of opportunity to ask questions.

The class will begin with an introduction from WLD founder and artist Jennie Webber, who will take you through the basics of drawing animals from life. There will be a drawing demonstration of the shapes, proportions and anatomical features to identify – before we go live to the wolves themselves! We will then switch screens to be introduced to our furry friends with fun facts and conservation information. We'll spend just over one hour drawing the wolf pack from different perspectives and distances.

The basic materials you need to take part are paper, a pencil, eraser and sharpener, but of course you are more than welcome to work in whatever materials you enjoy or have to hand. Please get in touch if you need advice on materials, we're happy to help! You will be emailed the Zoom link to join and some reference images 24 hour before the event is due to start.

What is the Handling Charge for?

To ensure tickets are delivered safely and securely and to keep the price as low as possible for you, the ticket buyer, Wild Life Drawing generally uses our E-ticket system unless otherwise stated.

For this service we charge a small Handling Fee to cover the debit/credit card processing fees, customer services, processing and distribution of tickets and our secure server costs. We always try to keep these costs to an absolute minimum. If you feel at any time that our prices are not fair or competitive we'd be happy to hear from you.

Delivery

If you have ordered physical paper tickets there is a further Delivery cost added to cover the delivery of your order through the Royal Mail network.

We always endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible to merely cover the costs of postage. We only charge you one Delivery cost per order so if there is a big group of you recommend purchasing larger amounts in one order.

When you purchase tickets through Wild Life Drawing, the full face value of the ticket is shown. This price is the price set by the event organiser and we pay this full amount to the organiser without any deductions.
